Follow along in the back office. The menu names below match what you see on screen.

   Log inOpen the back office at dl.bigwplay.com and sign in with the username and password on your postcard.

   Check your balanceYour $100 of credit shows on the dashboard under My Score. It is real credit and it is yours to use.

   Create a reseller accountAgent Management, My Agent, New. This is the store or reseller account you would sell to.

   Add credit to itAgent Recharge moves credit from your account down to the reseller account.

   Create a player and add creditPlayer Management, Player Recharge. This is what happens at a shop counter.

   Log in as that player and playPlayers open h5.bigwplay.com/BigWinner on their own phone, log in and choose a game.

   Redeem and reviewPlayer Redeem cashes a player out and the credit comes back up the chain. Game Records and Agent Data Analysis show the activity.
